In case there is congestion on the network of the coin you're trying to deposit, the transaction might take longer than usual.
Please double-check if the coin you deposited was the exact same coin you got your deposit address from in the Celsius app. If you sent BTC to your BCH address, for example, your deposit is lost.
Celsius Network does not offer a token/coin recovery service because the process to recover tokens deposited to the wrong coin address is extremely complicated, it may result in significant cost, time, and risk, and there is no guarantee that it will be successful.
