This message means that our services are not be available to you, depending on the country or state in which you live in and where Celsius is currently unable to provide its services. We have to be compliant with all laws and regulations of a certain country in order to be able to operate in it.
However, our team is always working hard to enable the usage of our services in the future in areas where they are currently not available.
If you already have a Celsius wallet and you see the same message appearing on your screen, the reason for that might be that you're currently staying or traveling through a region in which we're unable to provide our services. In that case what can you do? Try these next steps:
- Turning your data on/off;
- Connect to different WiFi networks;
- Turn off your VPN if you're using one.
