If you've moved recently and wish to change your address, you will need to send a request with this change of information to Celsius Customer Care. We will then provide a secure link where you can provide proof of your new residential address.
Please note that your full name and new address have to be visible on any of the documents sent and that we cannot process requests based on screenshots or low-resolution scans, so please provide either electronic statements or high-resolution scans.
Along with your Proof of Address, please send us you new address in the following format:
- Country;
- State (if relevant);
- City;
- Street;
- Flat number (if applicable);
- Postal Code.
We will access any of the following documents as a Proof of Address, but will need to show your full name and the address you have sent us:
- Utility bill of a service provider (electricity, telephone, Internet, gas, water);
or
- Bank Statement
or
- Latest Property or Municipal Tax Receipt;
We can not accept any Proof of Address that is dated over 3 months old.
We will not process requests based on screenshots or low-resolution scans so please provide either electronic statements or high-resolution scans.
