What are segmented wallets? Are they user-specific wallets or pooled, and who owns the private keys?

Decentralized wallets, like those offered by Monarch, work best with the segmented wallet flow. Users still hold their own private keys, but when they choose to lend to Celsius, Celsius retains control over the wallet to which funds are moved.
